A company is looking for a Director of Sales Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement variable compensation plans
Measure ROI and performance across sales teams
Provide financial support to growth strategy in partnership with
stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Finance experience with operational/strategic finance
focus
Minimum 4+ years experience partnering with Sales and GTM teams
Prior experience designing commission and variable incentive
plans
Strong understanding of revenue, cost, and ROI considerations
Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth
startups, marketplace businesses, or healthcare
