business functions, implement scalable processes, and support

potential and long-term growth. Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain operational systems, procedures, and
infrastructure to support rapid growth Oversee transaction
coordination, due diligence, and closing processes for real estate
acquisitions and dispositions Manage key vendor relationships
including legal, accounting, technology, and property management
partners Support financial reporting, compliance, and budget
tracking in coordination with outside advisors Assist founders in
project management, calendar planning, and internal communications
Develop dashboards, SOPs, and operational tools to drive efficiency
Maintain confidentiality around investment strategy, pipeline, and
internal operations Support recruitment, onboarding, and
culture-building efforts as the team grows Qualifications: 5–10
years of experience in real estate operations, investment, or
development; startup or early-stage company experience preferred
Proven track record of building systems and managing
cross-functional workflows in a lean environment Strong
understanding of real estate transactions, asset management, and
vendor coordination Excellent project management, communication,
and execution skills Highly adaptable, self-directed, and
detail-oriented Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in
