Associate, Credit Risk with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Assess the credit and financial strength of the Firm's Financial Institution and Central Counterparties (CCP) counterparts. Perform fundamental credit analysis of both quantitative and qualitative credit factors. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Applied Business Analytics, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years with: conducting internal credit reviews involving analysis of quantitative and qualitative metrics and recommending internal credit ratings and regulatory risk ratings; negotiating and reviewing Credit Agreement (CA), Amendment & Waivers, and trading agreements; financial Modeling and Valuation including working with Credit Repayment Capacity Modeling, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, and Comparable and Precedent Transaction Analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas; structured query language (SQL); and tableau.
