Job Description:
Les Olson Company is a 64 year old Utah owned and operated
business looking to add a friendly professional to our team as a
full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Our company was
voted as one of the top workplaces in Utah in 2018! This position
will interact with clients in person, via telephone, email, and the
web on a daily basis. This position offers an enjoyable and dynamic
team environment as you will work closely and collaboratively with
other team members in every area of our business.You will utilize
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) in your job duties. A simple test
will be given during the interview process to asses your current
skill level in these programs. Other programs proprietary to our
business will also be utilized. All training in these programs will
be provided. A full panel drug test will be required and must be
passed prior to employment. Frequent, random drug testing will
occur with a zero tolerance policy in place. We also conduct a
thorough background check on all potential employees prior to
employment.We offer a busy fast paced, professional environment,

phones, data entry, billing, customer service. All training will be
provided.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and professional
demeanor. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Good
working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Typing speed of at least 45
WPM. Good math skills. Team player. Self-starter. Ability to handle
a diverse work load. Ability to prioritize duties. Ability to lift
up to 50 lbs.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $13.00 to $15.00/hour
depending on experience
