Job Description We are seeking a Dispatcher/Office Assistant to
join our team You will perform clerical and administrative
functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule
appointments and events with customers Getting employee to assigned
jobs Answer inbound telephone calls/outbound calls Develop and
implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks
inputting applications/interviewing Qualifications: Previous
experience in office administration or other related fields Ability
to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Strong attention to detail ---Strong
organizational skills Company Description All Trades is a

currently have offices in Salt Lake and Ogden. We have been
servicing the Wasatch Front since 1995, CELEBRATING 27 YEARS IN
BUSINESS, and specialize in commercial construction, maintenance,
and heavy manufacturing. Our main emphasis is in the skilled and
semi-skilled trades yet we fill many orders for general labor and
clerical work.
