Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled VOIP/Telephony Specialist who
thrives on designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge
telephony solutions. With your expertise, you'll play a pivotal
role in shaping seamless communication experiences across our 170+
branches throughout the United States.
Required Technical Skills: VOIP Systems Expertise: MUST HAVE At
least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, designing,
implementing, maintaining, and supporting VOIP (Voice over IP)
phone systems. Proficiency in setting up and configuring VOIP
hardware and software components.
Microsoft Teams Phones: Preferred 3+ years of experience with
Microsoft Teams Phones, indicating familiarity with integrating
Microsoft Teams-based telephony solutions.
Phone Line Porting: Demonstrated experience with porting phone
lines, transferring phone numbers from one carrier to another while
ensuring seamless continuity of service.
User Management: Ability to manage users within VOIP systems,
including provisioning new users, setting up user profiles, and
ensuring proper access controls.
Call Flow Management: Proficiency in designing and managing call
flows, which includes configuring call routing, auto-attendants,
call queues, and other routing scenarios.
Process Documentation: Experience in documenting telephony
processes, including standard operating procedures for system
maintenance, user management, and call flow adjustments.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact
with branches across the United States (170+) to understand
location-specific telephony needs, facilitate migration,
consolidation, and implementation of phone systems that align with
organizational requirements.
Preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Five9 call
center software to manage inbound and outbound calls, monitor agent
performance, and optimize call routing for maximum efficiency.
Daily Responsibilities: Telecommunications Platforms: Build,
manage, and maintain multiple telecommunications platforms,
overseeing the programming and design of call flows,
auto-attendants, campaigns, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
scripts.
Application Planning and Support: Plan, design, implement, and
provide support for telephony applications. This includes offering
user training and preparing documentation for both current and
future telephony solutions.
Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors,
including carriers and service providers, to manage
telecommunication services. This involves handling tasks such as
executing port requests and managing vendor accounts.
Reporting: Take responsibility for creating, managing, and
maintaining reports generated from telephony applications. These
reports could provide insights into call statistics, performance
metrics, and system utilization.
Helpdesk Support: Address incoming helpdesk tickets related to
telephony or other communication pathways. Troubleshoot issues,
provide solutions, and ensure swift resolution to minimize
disruptions.
