Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY Nature's Sunshine is seeking a highly resourceful and energetic Project Manager to lead global product development initiatives for two wellness brands sold in more than 40 countries. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), this person is the central facilitator of the Stage-Gate innovation process, guiding the product lifecycle from concept through launch. This role ensures consistent, high-quality execution by orchestrating work across cross-functional teams and maintaining alignment, clarity, and accountability. Supporting the Cross-Functional Innovation Team (CFT), the Project Manager enforces governance, resolves friction points, and accelerates decision-making to keep projects on track. This role also plays a key role in improving the innovation process by balancing structure with speed, enabling us to deliver products effectively without unnecessary complexity. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Organization (PMO) Executes projects within the PMO under the direction of the Project Manager – Lead, supporting standardized processes, governance, and continuous improvement. Partners with the PM Lead and fellow project managers to surface risks, address challenges, and align on effective solutions across initiatives. Acts as an objective, neutral, and critical partner to the CFT, challenging assumptions, resolving friction, and driving accountability to delivery. Stage-Gate Process Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement Facilitate the global Stage-Gate innovation (product development) process to ensure predictable, timely, and high-quality outcomes. Enable adherence to milestones, governance, and decision rights while maintaining forward momentum. Continuously improve the process to balance structure with agility, accelerating speed-to-market without creating unnecessary complexity. Drive consistent execution of the process across brands, regions, and functions. Project & Portfolio Delivery Create and manage integrated project plans for new product launches, reformulations, and associated marketing deliverables. Enable the CFT to progress initiatives through concepting, development, sourcing, manufacturing, QA/QC, shipping, and launch. Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations through proactive planning and issue management. Maintain transparency in the innovation pipeline: risks, dependencies, trade-offs. Cross-Functional Facilitation & Issue Resolution Serve as the CFT connective tissue across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance. Facilitate alignment, decision-making, and handoffs between functional teams. Identify conflicts, roadblocks, and impasses early and resolve them through influence, data, and escalation when needed. Communication & Reporting Provide clear, concise, and outcome-focused communication to project teams. Surface risks, trade-offs, and decisions with context and recommended paths forward; develop culture-appropriate communication techniques and tone with project teams. Tools & Systems Advanced skills with project management platforms such as Monday.com and Workfront; assist in the evaluation and potential deployment of a new platform in 2026. Standardize tools, templates, and reporting to support scalability and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of project management experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) product development environments. Experience in dietary supplements or functional foods in international markets is strongly preferred. (non-IT; no software-focused project management backgrounds). PMP certification strongly recommended. Demonstrated success leading complex, international cross-functional product development initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Stellar relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and unite diverse personality types. Strong working knowledge of the Monday.com and Workfront platforms. Proven ability to operate with authority, objectivity, and credibility in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments.
