is seeking a Program Manager 3. This position will be located in
Clearfield, UT . This Program Manager (PM) position is responsible
for day-to-day program execution and requires a leader who has
demonstrated their ability to manage program execution, manage
subcontractor(s), shape customer needs, foster positive customer
relationships, and achieve established goals. This position is
responsible for program cost, schedule, and technical performance.
What you will get to do: Developing and executing program budgets
and schedules that meet Customer and Northrop Grumman standards.
Directing and controlling program activities across multiple
functions and suppliers. Overseeing subcontractor(s)' activities,
in partnership with Global Supply Chain Management, to ensure
hardware integration and successful program performance. Ensuring
the program team understands and adheres to contract scope and
manages changes throughout program execution. Cultivating customer
relationships and intimacy to develop further opportunities within
the customer community. Supporting regular customer interactions
and maintaining customer dialogue to assess program execution
effectiveness. Providing overall leadership and direction to the
program team to accomplish goals and achieve desired results.
Representing the company as the focal point for the program,
including briefings for customer leadership and Northrop Grumman
management. Conducting thorough risk & opportunity management
practices including identification, mitigation, and realization

standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows
employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take
every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive
relocation assistance package. You Will Bring These Qualifications:
8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s Degree; 6 years
with a master’s degree; 4 additional years of experience may be
considered in lieu of a degree Must have the ability to obtain and
maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance Experience
supporting DoD contracts and/or large supplier management portfolio
experience in other industries Experience as an Earned Value
Management System Control Account Manager (EVMS CAM) and/or past
profit and loss statement (P&L) accountability These
Qualifications Are Nice To Have: A minimum of 5 years leadership
experience A minimum 3 years of experience in a formal management
position Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 8 years related experience or
master’s degree in STEM and 6 years related experience. 3 years of
experience in electrical engineering or systems engineering 3 years
of experience in project or program management experience in a
production or systems integration environment Risk & Opportunity
management PMP Certification Experience with Cost and Software Data
Reporting (CSDR) Demonstrated understanding of Lean, Agile or Six
Sigma Tools Proficiency in driving programmatic battle rhythm
Ability to demonstrate independent creative thinking and
problem-solving capabilities Manage multiple projects concurrently
in meeting customer requirements/expectations Customer-focused
mindset with proven leadership skills and excellent communication
skills Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbally,
written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels
of an organization Experience collaborating with multiple
functional groups, subcontracts, and government customer
representatives Primary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 -
$250,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline;
however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when
determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
