Job Description:

A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Organizational Change Manager Lead II.

Must be able to:
Own the communication plan and strategy
Coordinate the regular creation of a Newsletter and develop poster & updates
Create awareness in the project for change behaviors and change resistance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

3 years of Organizational Change Management or related career experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Driven self-starter who operates independently and is comfortable making decisions
Excellent relationship management skills
Previous experience working as an OCM expert in a global matrix corporate environment
