A Director level leader, with very solid experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams; Someone who lives and breathes B2B enterprise software spanning user-types, industries and devices.Profile includes a fundamental trifecta: product design oversight, people management and stakeholder impact. It's key you are highly adaptive; a person ready to facilitate, inspire or lead, no matter the project or the people. While you're not expected to produce design artifacts you need to speak the language of modern software design.
