Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Program Manager 3. This
position will be located in Ogden, UT and will support the Ground
Subsystems Support Contract (GSSC) program.
What You'll Get To Do:
--- Responsible for managing interaction with the AF acquisition
branch on the basic GSSC contract for ICBM Tasks Orders, and all
future Task Orders related to the Ground Programs of MM III nuclear
WS. The position requires daily interaction with AFNWC/NMSE Branch
Managers, NG management and business personnel to manage current
and future contract work. Additionally, the position is responsible
for the identification and development of new opportunities where
the GSSC organization can provide cost effective, winning
solutions.
--- Lead a diverse team of program managers performing project
development, technical requirements review, system support,
planning and sustainment for a diverse set of products in the
missile, air and space domains. Supporting PMs with cost, schedule
and technical performance of GSSC's Ground Programs sustainment
actions. The individual participates in the identification of needs
for additional Task Orders, material and service requirements to
support, outside service's needs, negotiation of contract and
contract changes, coordinates the preparation of proposals,
business plans, proposal work statements and specifications,
operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contracts.
--- Responsible for the strategic implementation of skills and
labor mix; employee development; mentoring; communicating job
expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions;
enforcing policies and procedures.
--- Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on
significant technical matters requiring coordination between
organizations to ensure successful task completion and customer
satisfaction.
--- Responsibilities also include horizontal integration of best
practices across the organization; maintaining cognizance over
technical activities; and ensuring execution of the GSSC Task
Orders Performance Work Statements and baselines.

This position has a 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows
employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take
every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree and 8 years experience
--- ICBM Weapon System Program experience
--- 3 years in a formal lead/management position
--- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an Active
Secret Security Clearance or higher
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
--- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
--- Bachelors Degree in (STEM) Engineering, Computer Science,
Software, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical
discipline
--- A minimum 2 years' experience leading system design,
integration, and analytical efforts
--- 15 years recent ICBM Weapon System Program experience
--- Strong relationship with Minuteman III Sustainment Division
AFNWC/NMS customer
--- Demonstrated leadership skills
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment as part of
a multi-discipline team
--- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with an
organization at all levels
--- Excellent problem solving skills
--- Ability to multitask and prioritize
--- Strong attention to detail
Salary Range: $147,700 USD - $221,500 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage,
