*SUMMARY*

Are you looking for an exciting and meaningful opportunity? Catalyst Campus is seeking a self-motivated, detail-orientated, and creative Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support the Ogden Catalyst Accelerator. The CSM will conceptualize, plan, and execute highly collaborative events whether virtual, physical, or hybrid. The ideal candidate is proven in event strategy and stakeholder management. They will define event goals and identify the relevant event technology needs to achieve those goals, while overseeing a variety of partners to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience for event participants. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to cultivate and maintain good relationships in the Ogden community, with the CCTI team, and other relevant stakeholders. The candidate will need to be creative, technically savvy, and driven to deliver exceptional events. The ideal team member will build and maintain business relationships with STTR customers, and within the CCTI network. The CSM will also work closely with the Customer Success Director and Executive Director to provide support as a team in special projects on an ongoing basis.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include, but aren't limited to the following:
* Identify, scale, produce and execute event technology solutions used across multiples events - from fun engagement events to internal business meetings
* Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and technology vendors to support evolving event needs
* Work cross-functionally to conceptualize, plan and flawlessly execute events that are repeatable and scalable
* Lead small businesses in identifying growth opportunities, customer engagements, and potential contracting vehicles
* Understanding of Agile practices
* Ability to build and maintain a collaborative tech ecosystem of stakeholders to include community leaders, small business community, industry thought leaders, and academia
* Support the planning and execution of the Ogden Catalyst Accelerator to include recruitment, curriculum development, logistics, reporting, marketing, goal setting, sponsorship, and contract negotiations
* Report status, successes, challenges of the Ogden Catalyst Accelerator to appropriate stakeholders
* Increase understanding of the STTR contracting process

*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* This position manages employees, stakeholders, and consultants. The CSM is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

*REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS*
* Organized, diplomatic, excellent communicator both verbally and written, detail-oriented, dedicated, reliable.
* This job may require travel. While the accelerator is in session, this job will require evening or weekend work.
* Ability to follow-through day-to-day activities with minimal to no oversight and navigate competing opinions objectively
* Experienced in project management-activity management, scheduling, writing reports, organizing and presenting data, recommending and establishing priorities to maximize ROI
* To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software
* Ability to provide authorization to work in the United States is required.

*PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
* 5+ years of experience, or demonstrated knowledge of requirements for the position
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, instructional design, or a related field, preferred

Experience:
* Technical account management: 1 year (Required)
* Customer relationship or success management: 2 years (Required)
* Event planning, project or program management: 2 years (Required)

Desired Skills:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Basic knowledge of DoD (Department of Defense) software environments and products
* Basic experience with STTR or SBIR contract types
* Experienced working with government and Air Force customers
* Willingness to participate in company events
* Desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
* Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Security clearance: Secret (Preferred)

*LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS*
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to effectively present information to management and groups of 5 to 20+ people.
* Bilingual fluency preferred. Ability to write and speak in Spanish. Ability to work with the Marketing Specialist to ensure bilingual materials are correct and free of errors.

*REASONING ABILITY*
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
