Description:Weekend Shipping ManagerWorking scheduled - Friday-Monday 6:00 am to 5:30 pmSummary - Filterbuy is looking for an experienced Shipping Manager to work in our Shipping department. We produce the best filters in the industry and are excited to have you join our team and help us grow.The shipping manager position demands a highly organized personality, and our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in warehouse management, shipping, and logistics.Responsibilities:

• Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.
• Create and implement shipping policies and procedures.
• Oversee shipping processes, directing teams whenever necessary.
• Act as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
• Identify areas for improvement, particularly in workplace efficiency.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace. Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management, including experience in a supervisory leadership position.
  • Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
  • Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills and excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Close diligence and moderate computer ability. Physical Demands:
    • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
