Our client is currently seeking a Quality Manager for a Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Wisconsin.Relocation Assistance is Provided for this positionThis job will have the following responsibilities:Develops easy-to-understand content and delivers training for micro and food safety procedures.Maintains and Establishes plant sanitation SOPS to reduce food safety risks.Support and monitor the development, deployment, implementation, and on-going execution of the food safety preventive controls programLead daily review of critical factors to ensure compliance to 21 CFR part 113 and written HARCP plans.Update policies/procedures to close operational food safety gaps within the plant.Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results across various programs, departments and projects from inception to completion.Requirements/Skills:Bachelor s degree in Food Science, Biological Science, or strongly related field.7+ years' in Quality and experience managing direct reportsExperience using oral and written communication skills to propose complex solutions and explanationsExperience managing multiple projects and work streamsExperience working with and presenting to business leadership on escalations in order to problem solvePCQI and HACCP certifiedUI915082
