Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal E-Learning Content
Director.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content development and refresh schedules for
non-webinar programs, including script writing
Engage with subject matter experts to draft training scripts and
interactive exercises, ensuring alignment with style and
objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to conduct research on customer
needs and review developed courses for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD preferred but not required
10+ years of experience in relevant fields
At least 5 years of experience in e-learning/content development,
preferably in legal content
3-5 years of experience in learning script development
5+ years of supervisory experience
