We are seeking a strong management candidate to oversee the store organization, implement franchise systems, and learn to use our computer system to buy gently used kid's stuff from families in the community.Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent shopper and seller experiences through friendly and thorough communication and helpfulness.
• Manage hanging and running of bins of apparel product, maintaining full, shoppable and organized racks, and marking down product.
• Lead the team through your example of productivity, efficiency, and friendly customer service.
• Cover shifts as necessary in the event of call-outs.
• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
• Run a boutique with passion and drive.Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourKid to Kid is always looking for fun, friendly people to join our team who are willing to work hard, multi-task, and take pride in keeping the store organized and shoppable.
