[Member Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive
Weekly Pay / Paid training + completion bonus / Limited Medical
Plan after 60 days (Major Medical Plan access + 401K after one year
full-time employment) - As a Pharmacy Customer Service Rep you'll:
Receive inbound calls from current Pharmacy Plan Members regarding
benefit and eligibility information; Explain
plans-procedures-protocols-benefits-services-and-any other
necessary information to the members; Make outbound calls to
members regarding prescription issues; Adhere to all call metrics
as set forth by the client- including Schedule Adherence-Average
Handling Time-After Call Work-and-CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
