Nurse Manager NICU and Pediatrics
Underthe direction of the Director of Family Birth Place, the Nursing Manager isresponsible for assisting the director in planning, administering, and evaluatingthe operations of NICU/Peds units. Shares accountability for the standards andscope of nursing practice. The individual manages the flow of patients andinformation to expedite care, collaborating with the physicians.
Demonstratesclinical competency and nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment toimproving the quality of patient care. Contributes to the Ogden RegionalDepartment of Nursing and the nursing profession in a positive manner.
