We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Respiratory Care Apprentice, you will be will be joining a team that is dedicated to giving excellent care to patients and also supporting one another. In this important role:
  You will administer respiratory therapy treatments under the supervision of the respiratory therapist or medical doctor. You will be responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific position orders, department policies and procedures, and according to the rules and regulations of the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.Qualifications:

  Utah DOPL Temporary Respiratory Care Practitioner Apprentice License * Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the NBRC required; RRT within one year of hire. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) certification. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification within 6 months of hire and NRP if core NICU. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course and Certification within 6 months of hire.

  * ACLS/NRP for adult/neonatal clinicians respectively within six months of hire. This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved). has been delivering exceptional care for over 75 years.
