Job Description:
A healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with
MOUD experience for a fully remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with
substance use disorders
Empower patients in their recovery journeys through
medication-assisted recovery and patient engagement
Coordinate treatment plans, provide patient care coverage during
nonstandard hours, and facilitate care coordination
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of addiction treatment experience
3+ years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level
nurse practitioner program
Demonstrated experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
through medication-assisted recovery
Proficiency in electronic medical records and video
conferencing
