Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residentsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicianMonitor and document resident progress and any changes in their conditionCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plansEducate residents and their families about their health status, treatment plans and disease managementEnsure that all nursing interventions are carried out in accordance with facility policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and complete medical recordsQualifications:Active RN license in good standingMinimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare settingAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skillsSandstone is an Equal Opportunity Employer.IND123by Jobble
