Title: Associate Dentist- Fee-For-Service Practice | Ownership potential Location: Williston, North Dakota Status: Full-Time (4 days per week) Pay: $195,000- $350,000 Ownership Opportunity Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay: Up to $1,000/day or 33-36% collections, whichever is greater. With over 50 years of trust in the area, the practice is booked out months in advance and provides full-scope general dentistry with a growing emphasis on surgery and implants. Associates have the freedom to practice with clinical autonomy while receiving mentorship and support to expand their skills.
