allows access to a portion of earned wages before the usual payday.
Time off includes 15 days of annual accrued paid time off, which
increases by one day with each year of service, 11 paid holidays, 2

success. What We're Looking For: The therapist will positively
engage with clients while building trust and rapport. The Therapist
will also Provide intensive individual therapy to a small caseload
with a wide range of mental health issues. Collaborate closely with
team members to brainstorm creative solutions and continuously
improve our outreach efforts; as well as community partnerships to
help individuals work towards stability and treatment success. A
motivated self-starter with a sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show empathy
and compassion for individuals facing serious mental health and
legal challenges. Requirements: Master’s degree - Social Work,
Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or
related field ACMHC, AMFT, CSW, licensure in the State of Utah
CMHC, LMFT, LCSW licensure in the State of Utah Valley
de-escalation certification (provided)
