Job Description Join a hospital employed multi-specialty practice. This is a replacement for a busy physician who’s relocating to another state. Enjoy collaborating with a team that includes Neurophysiology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, & Cardiology. About the Practice: Clinic based position, 36 patient hours per week APP conducts follow up visits After hours answering service Fantastic support staff Typical in-office procedures include Botox, non-guided nerve blocks ½ Day per week of outreach in nearby community Compensation: $365,565 Guaranteed Fixed Base Tiered WRVU Productivity Bonus $34,000 Sign-on bonus $30,000 Student Loan Repayment $15,000 Relocation Assistance CME Stipend Benefits Include: Medical Dental Vision 401K with generous match Daycare FSA can include company contribution Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Time Away Generous 401(k) with match Qualifies for the PSLF Program About The Area: Utah is home to five National Parks, outdoor lovers can hike, climb, raft, or stargaze in some of the most iconic scenery.
