Job Description:
Marriott International, a premier global lodging leader with
properties spanning 139 countries, seeks an enthusiastic AM Server
to elevate guest dining experiences in our morning service team. As
an AM Server, you will play a crucial role in our guests'
experience, ensuring each guest starts their day with a memorable
and exceptional dining experience. This position requires
dedication to hospitality excellence, ability to multitask, and
maintain Marriott's high standards of service. Greet guests
promptly and warmly upon their arrival and seat them appropriately
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them in a timely
manner Ensure table settings are correct and standards of
cleanliness are maintained Manage multiple tasks and guest requests
efficiently Process guest payments and provide accurate billings
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Provide knowledgeable answers to queries regarding menu items and
hotel services Partake in training and adheres to Marriott
International's service standards Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Attentive and detail-oriented Problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Safety
Certification (preferred but not mandatory) Certification in
hospitality or guest services (a plus)
