Provide prompt and friendly beverage service to guests on the golf course. Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, including seasonal and specialty drinks, to offer personal recommendations. Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations related to safety and hygiene. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems. Assist in the maintenance of the beverage cart, ensuring it is well-stocked and presentable at all times. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to create a seamless and inviting atmosphere for all patrons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling money and operating point-of-sale systems. Physical stamina and ability to manoeuver the beverage cart through the golf course terrain. Food Handler’s Certificate or equivalent is beneficial. Training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
