Description:Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Human Resources
will provide consultation and support to help drive success through
people. This role is the business partner to various site functions
and is responsible for executing HR initiatives and
leading/implementing projects at the plant level. This position
reports into the Director, Human Resources. You'll add value to
this role by performing various functions including, but not
limited to:Position Responsibilities: As a key member of the Plant
Leadership Team, this role provides sound advice and coaching to
department managers on all HR related areas.Manage the delivery of
human resources solutions by partnering with specific functional
leadershipProvide sound advice and coaching to functional leaders
and people managers on all HR related areas that impact their
organizationsProvide coaching to HR team members and foster
continuous learning environmentsManage key HR processes;
performance management, employee development, compensation planning
(salary and bonus planning) and recruiting and retention of
employeesBuild effective relationships with functional departments
to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and
implement solutions that align with organizational strategiesAct as
liaison with center HR by assisting with rolling out new Company
initiatives and communicating information relating to career
development, recognition programs, payroll, benefits, training, and
staffingIdentify opportunities to optimize business processes in
Workday to create efficiencies for the HR teamParticipate in client
group staff meetings to ensure an integrated business partnership
and strong link with strategy and the direction of the
businessAnalyze HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and
preparing HR plans (i.e. performance management tracking, vacancy
reports, HR scorecard, retention rates, etc.)Participate in various
HR projects as requiredDemonstrate tact and diplomacy and maintain
discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee
dataQualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree - Human
Resources or business-related field or equivalent combination of
education and experienceMaster's Degree -
preferredCertification/Licensure: SHRM; PHR preferredMinimum of 5
years of experience in Human ResourcesPrior people management
experienceCuriosity and drive to learn the key factors that drive
our success in safely delivering quality product at a competitive
costExperience and aptitude with HRIS, preferably with
WorkdayAdvanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word and Outlook)Thorough knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
processStrong customer service, relationship building, problem
solving and follow-up skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and
written communication skillsThorough knowledge of current trends
