Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead
and scale the people systems that support its mission.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR and recruitment strategy to support company-wide growth
Develop creative recruiting pipelines through partnerships with
universities and professional associations
Design and implement scalable onboarding and training processes for
clinical quality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in
startup or healthcare environments
Experience in scaling provider or clinician teams
Passion for mental health and wellness
Knowledge of Alberta employment law and HR compliance
A builder's mindset with a focus on creating systems from
ambiguity
