ABOUT THE TEAM
Executive Board Office of SAP Customer Success (CS) supports SAP
Board members to lead, drive, and influence all areas of the
company's sales, services, partner, and customer engagement
organization globally across 180+ countries and 25+ industries.
We are looking for an exceptional integrated communications intern
that can help further the SAP mission and can support the culture
we want to maintain at this great company. As the Integrated
Communications Intern for the Office of Customer Success, you will
support the planning, execution, and reporting of executive
communications, social media, and events for the Customer Success
Board Area. In this role, you'll also partner closely with CS Board
Office team members globally to drive a collaborative and
value-driven outcome for SAP.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Integrated
Communications
Location: - New York, New York
Expected start date: July 25, 2022
Duration: 6 months - 1 yr
IN THIS ROLE,
- Research, draft and edit clear and concise communication formats
for internal and external audiences, including employee news
articles, leadership messages, presentations, email announcements,
program/project correspondence, and other internal/external
communication pieces
- Create captivating social media materials, such as banners,
posts, blogs, video scripts, and more
- Come up with creative ideas for regional events and support with
execution across time zones
- Support the Executive Communications leads with researching new
topics and angles on a range of topics to support messaging for
internal and external speaking opportunities and drafting content
for inclusion in articles, bylines, press releases, keynotes,
etc.
- Manage multiple email mailboxes, distribution lists, and global
calendars
- Measure and analyze communication success metrics to improve
communications performance
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders, including Board
Office associates
WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and
stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects
and are energized by lifelong learning.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business
or similar - master's degree preferred
- Work experience in communications/marketing in a fast-paced
environment
- A can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Solid problem-solving skills, a good sense of ownership, and
ideally project management experience
- Skills in design and video editing are desirable
- Competence in planning in fast-paced, ambiguous working
environments
- Effective communication, presentation, skills - the ability to
work with all levels of the organization
- Native-level English, both spoken and written
YOUR PROFILE
- Practical experience of at least 1-2 years in
marketing/communications
- Understanding SAP's communication processes is desirable
- Experienced in working effectively with virtual teams
