Kelly Services is seeking a Human Resource Specialist for a client in Logan UT.Direct HireAbout 80% of this person's responsibility will be recruiting for hourly production employees, customer service and supervisor level positions. The rest of the recruiting for salary positions will have assistance from the Talent Acquisitions team.Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resource Operations at our Logan, UT distribution center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, experience with ADP software, including Workforce Now, Time & Attendance, and Applicant Tracking (ATS). This role will manage in areas of Worker's Compensation, employee/manager dispute resolution, onboarding and recruiting.----Duties & Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the HR Coordinator are:----- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees. --- Collaborate with Corporate HR to address and resolve employee relation issues. --- Assist Corporate HR in communicating and administrating company policies and processes to ensure efficiency in all HR operation processes. ----- Conducting phone screens, interviews while managing the process from sourcing to interviewing. --- Clerical/Administrative duties as required ----- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned--Skills & Requirements Required Qualifications for the role are:----- Bachelor's degree preferred ----- At least 4-5 years of relative experience.--Skills----- Experience with MS Office and ADP --- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills --- Employee relation skills- must be able to manage employee concerns in a strong, diplomatic fashion. --- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy --- Comfortable working independently, but also under the supervision of an HR executive------- Typing, texting, telephone communications, presentation skills, public relations skills, account management skills, seeing, hearing, sitting, walking, strong written & verbal communication skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Apply today chad233@kellyservices.comWhy Kelly--?You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
