Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY The Lead Admissions Representative demonstrates and trains staff
to display a high level of customer service, and maintains personal
and team proficiency in the Switchboard and Admissions Clerk
positions for both the clinic and the hospital. The supervisor
coordinates the staffing schedule and arranges for coverage when
employees are absent. She/he reviews the staff's work when
appropriate and will provide guidance to the staff on procedures.
The supervisor advises the Patient Financial Services Department of
any issues that could impact patient billing.
