Manages nonqualified executive benefits plans for clients Retains and expands client relationships Consults with clients on optimizing plan features Presents technical legal, performance, and regulatory data to Boards and C-suite Oversees service team to ensure regulatory compliance, performance, and client satisfaction. Networks with clients, industry contacts, prospects, and others in assigned territory.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Has both account management and production responsibilities (hybrid role).
  • Has both renewal/retention and new business goals.
  • Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.Manages nonqualified executive benefits plans for clients
  • Retains and expands client relationships
  • Consults with clients on optimizing plan features
  • Presents technical legal, performance, and regulatory data to Boards and C-suite
  • Oversees service team to ensure regulatory compliance, performance, and client satisfaction
  • Networks with clients, industry contacts, prospects, and others in assigned territory

Additional Considerations:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience
  • -OR--

High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required

  • Insurance License required

Desired:

  • Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
