Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to provide diversified administrative support to the Quality organization.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Quality Team. - Support includes answering phones, scheduling meetings, distributing announcements, scanning document and similar functions.
Maintains flexible hours to accomplish duties and support the function.
Prepares all charts, graphs and documentation necessary for monthly metrics and presentations.
Maintains neat and well-organized files for the assigned area.
Administers the Squid data base
Interacts with all departments at JBT AeroTech.
Maintains and updates all quality-control documentation, including the tracking system for calibration, accurate and correct stamps for the employee's position, certificates of quality and all test procedures
Ensures all internal and external work orders are opened and follows the proper procedure to resolution
Ensures that all QC Dispositions, MRR's, Deviations, Documentation for Job Orders and supplier quality information and documents are kept current and dealt with in an effective manner.
Ensures that all VMRA's and RMA's follow the proper procedure through receiving, customer service, quality, purchasing and Accounting
Maintains QCS Receiving Receiver input daily in Syteline

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience in a manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Previous experience in a quality organization would be a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. - Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY : Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS: This position requires the following computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook, SyteLine and Team Center.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to prioritize daily workloads to meet deadlines.
Must have the ability to plan and control work, identify task requirements and monitor progress towards accomplishment. - Must have the ability to maintain interpersonal relationships that facilitate task accomplishment, to cooperate and resolve conflicts, to recognize needs and be sensitive of others.
