patient well-being. Our mission is to deliver prescriptions to
patients at prices they can afford - regardless of income,
lifestyle, language or diagnosis.
We are hiring Patient Experience Specialist* professionals with a
passion for helping others to join our telephone-based customer
experience hub. Under the leadership of our customer experience
manager, youll assist patients across multiple markets in
scheduling their medication deliveries while also being energetic
and engaged in answering patient questions and solving challenges a
patient may be facing.
This position will be based in our Patient Experience Center
located in Ogden, UT.
What youll do:
- Manage and support patient correspondence on a daily basis
through in-bound phone calls/text/chat/email features and in
addition makes outbound calls to prescribers and patients as
- Schedule medication deliveries to patient homes and
- Problem solve roadblocks to patient satisfaction
- Leave patients feeling delighted

What youll need:
- 1 or more years of customer service experience (call-center
- Medical billing and patient services background preferred
- Great communication skills
- Computer literacy
- A great attitude!
