Responsibilities include in the hiring, training and management of the on-site residential staff (Resident Assistants), handling of resident needs and complaints, and miscellaneous duties as directed by the Director and/or the Associate Director. Basic expectations will include maintaining communication between management and Resident Assistants, assist in developing a residential community in which the staff, facilities and programs combine to enhance the total college experience, instill a sense of community and personal development in the staff and residents and be committed to personal and professional growth.Required Qualifications Education:- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:- 1 year of full time experience, or equivalent student or part-time experience, in a college or university residence hall environment.Preferred Qualifications Experience:--- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Business Administration, or other related area--- 2+ years supervisory experience.--- Residence Life experience including experience in successful living learning communities.Skills:--- Written and interpersonal communication skills.--- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including students, faculty, and staffBackground Check?
