Job Description:

Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Prepare and process wires for customers with recurring wire agreements. Responsible for the setup and support of customers online banking products including bill pay, remote deposit/mobile deposit, and all other Treasury Management products and processes.Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:Must have a minimum 2 years of comparable experience.Must have excellent phone customer service skills.Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion.Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed.Must be proficient in Excel and have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems.Benefits of Working with Us:Bank of Utah's comprehensive benefits package promotes health and wellness, financial well-being and career growth. Ensure transfer requests are processed accurately and timely. Verify funds availability and proper authorization of wires. Ensure funds transfer policies are followed. Provide customer notification of wire activity as applicable. Research wire destinations and provide assistance as needed for both internal and external customers.Prepare and process wires for customers with recurring wire agreements.Help maintain wire records. Perform daily wire system opening and shutdown procedures as necessary.Perform wire related research requests as needed.Provide support for online banking customers. Assist with the setup and maintenance of online banking customer profiles. Assist with other online banking functions as needed.Other duties as assigned.
