YOUTH COUNSELOR BENEFITS:$15.00 Hourly Wage401K$30 Phone StipendNew Pay IncreaseFlexible ScheduleYOUTH COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: WILL TRAIN, no previous experience necessary.Provide structure and supervision for students in a multi-level building and community setting.Establish yourself as a mentor (teach, model, encourage, support, listen)Attend weekly staff meetings and all required company trainings.Co-facilitate activities.Perform other related duties as assigned.REQUIREMNETS TO APPLY FOR YOUTH COUNSELOR:20 Years of age or olderHigh School DiplomaValid Driver's LicensePass a Criminal Background Check through the Utah Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal IdentificationREQUIRMENTS IF HIRED AS YOUTH COUNSELOR:Food Handler's PermitCPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hireAttend pre-service and annual trainings as requiredYouth Counselors provide supervision, advocacy, intensive skills development instruction and monitoring for students with emotional, behavioral and cognitive struggles.
