team through our employee recognition programs Job Description:Operational excellence:Define standard processes for managing centerlines (CL) and ensure that processes are executed properlyCreate and execute on standard processes for rapid changeovers (RCO)Prepare and organize grade changesWork with production planners to optimize production scheduleCalibrate centerlineDevelop and manage asset modification request formsCollects and analyzes data on quality variance and creates action plan to mitigate varianceCommunications:Share best practices with other Process OwersCommunicate any procedural issues with suppliersContinuous ImprovementSupport large / small scale projects / modifications in area including machine parts designContinuously improve standards and processes related to CL and RCOUtilize centerline to troubleshoot and ensure correct base conditionTalentTrain and coach operators on best practices for Centerlining and RCO Qualifications and Requirements :Experience leading and coaching teamsKnowledge / expertise of area processes and systemsDemonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive insightsDemonstrates ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situationsBrings strong organizational and prioritization skillsExperience and understanding of TMOS principles (or lean production system)Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well and communicate with othersEducation:High School or equivalentHigh School plus specialized training (min 6mos-2yrs)/College Certificate (Canada)Associate Degree/College Diploma (Canada - 2-3 years)Bachelor's Degree - Type: Engineering, Supply Chain or BusinessPreferred Attributes, Qualifications & Working Conditions:
