Job Description:
A company is looking for a Campaign Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Campaign Operations team in executing marketing campaigns,
especially email programs in Iterable and Marketo
Design and document scalable processes for campaign operations,
including setup, deployment, QA, and reporting
Collaborate with various marketing teams to align campaign
execution with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with 2+
years leading a Campaign Operations or Marketing Operations
team
Solid hands-on experience building email campaigns on marketing
automation platforms like Marketo and Iterable
Experience with project management tools and resource
management
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Good understanding of database structure, analytics, and campaign
attribution
