Job Description:

A company is looking for a COBRA Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and determine eligibility for coverage elections based on incoming documentation
Process COBRA, Direct Bill, Retiree, and LOA enrollments accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with IRS regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
Experience with COBRA Administration, Verification Services, LOA, and Retiree Services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and web-browsing applications
Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
