Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist 1 to provide
outstanding service in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering world-class service to
customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries via phone
contacts
Process orders and provide critical service and product information
to customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused
environment
Ability to meet work from home guidelines and expectations
Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends,
and holidays
A quiet, secure home workspace with wired, high-speed internet
