Description Tier III Support Technician Robert Half Technology is looking for a Tier III Support Technician with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical users in an understandable and concise format. What you get to do every single day bullProvide computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures bullPC's, advanced desktoplaptop bullMaintain, analyze, fix computer systems, hardware, printers, imaging, IP telephonewireless, and computer peripherals bullManage Active Directory utilize your PowerShell Scripting experience bullConfidently coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors bullProvide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems bullEnsures the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards bullTrack equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases bullOwn and execute technology implementation projects bullResolve computer problems, and adviseimplement appropriate actionsolutions bullCommunicate regularly and effectively with those who've submitted tickets bullMaintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities What you bring to the role bullBachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical degree preferred bull2-4 years related experience bullAbility to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals Personality is key for this position. You will be interacting with physicians must be confident, articulate, and professional both on the phone and able to interact face to face with various end users.
