Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join its team. This position is located in Promontory Utah. Primary Function * Monitors project priorities, risks, and mitigation. Coordinates on budget projections/execution. * Coordinates the oversight of demolition, construction, installation or rearrangement of all building related facilities rooms and equipment repair/maintenance for assigned areas of campus. * Coordinates with Team (other Facilities Construction HVAC/General Maintenance Coordinators) to set priorities, instruct and cross train techs, uses expertise to recommend craftsmen assignment. * Assists with repairs/ troubleshoots with techs when needed, insuring the correct repairs are performed and parts are ordered correctly. * Follows up on part orders to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner. * Coordinating with Data entry person/analyst to assist/ account for all work orders, PMs, and repairs are input into the CMMS weekly/monthly. * State certification for a craft (HVAC, Electrical, Millwright, or Plumbing to show experience Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 6 years additional education and/or related experience preferred * On-site construction management experience preferred * Must possess excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $65,200.00 - $108,600.00 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
