Robot/ Stocking Technician Supervisor

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Robot/ Stocking Technician Supervisor, are to:

* Lead crew in implementation and compliance with HSE;
* Development of people and team by coaching, teaching, creation of development plans and opportunities, and reviews;
* Enhance communication within the crew and throughout manufacturing area as to promote idea generation and motivation;
* Accountable for maintaining high standards of operational excellence within crew responsibilities;
* Achieve business targets and improvements in areas of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost;
* Provide coordination of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal unit operations;
* Promote and lead implementation of management, organization, and technical changes in the manufacturing area;
* Act as a troubleshooting resource for department.

Required Qualifications:

* Understanding or the ability to understand electrical engineering disciplines - electrical schematics, electronic/mechanical components, design & implementation of electronic/mechanical systems;
* Maintenance experience with conveyor systems and components;
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams;
* Results oriented leadership approach;
* Capability to clearly present information and influence others through oral or written communications;
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Three years of industrial experience that includes operations, maintenance, or electrical experience.
