** Receiving and Inventory Supervisor****Job Category****:** Operations Support **Requisition Number****:** INVEN01257 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****Primary Purpose of Position:**Responsible for Receiving and Inventory control of Idaho Falls warehouse and Rexburg production facility.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:*** Responsible for Inventory tracking system, recording deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Scheduling of deliveries and shipments. Analysis of daily product and supply levels and improvement of inventory control procedures.* Manages schedules of Idaho Falls employees to optimize operations within the facility. Responsible for the discipline recommendations* Communication of inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS*****Education & Experience:**** Bachelors or associate degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or 1-2 years experience in similar workplace* Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role* Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies* Experience conducting tracking and data analysis* Product and inventory management certification a plus***Knowledge*****/*Skills/Abilities:**** Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment* Good organizational, leadership and motivational skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company* Must have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skills* Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment* Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:*** Sitting at workstation approximately 35 percent of work time* Standing and walking approximately 65 percent of work time* Must be able to travel between plant and warehouse locations* Ability to work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice* Typical office environment with shelves overhead and above work surfaces* Manufacturing environment with multiple machinery and moving parts**Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:** **Motivations****:** **Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
