A CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM - sometimes earlier - and ends at approximately 4:30 PM - generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)Responsibilities:Lives the mission statementActs as a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer serviceSplits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouseUses a moffett forklift to make deliveriesInteracts with customers and or crews at job sitesProvides exceptional service to each Lansing customer---and constantly strive to improve that level of serviceKeeps warehouse clean and orderlyThis is a "get-the-job-done" kind of position...you may be asked to perform other functions not particularly addressed in this posting, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.Qualifications:CDL-B (or A) license is required for this positionCDL Driver must have a clean driving recordHave moffett forklift experienceAbility to work independently with efficiency and focus - and to work as a contributing member of a larger teamAbility and willingness to lift boxes weighing as much as 70 poundsExperience with building products is very helpfulStrong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitudeAt least one year of driving experienceForklift certification and experience with a piggyback truckBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision CoverageCompany paid life insurance and disabilityIndustry leading 401kPaid holidaysPaid vacation timeHealth and Wellness programThank you for your interest in our company.
