Job Description:

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst 2 for a contract opportunity in Ogden, UT.

SUMMARY:
This position will report directly to the site Test Program Manager, and provide support to multiple LMTF functions, with tasks and responsibilities to include: supporting future equipment purchase programs, material procurements, lab operations, assisting the LMTF facility manager with site projects and upgrades, contract and business correspondence as well as supporting the LMTF test project management team. The Site Support Specialist will meet regularly with the lab managers, other Project Managers, Site Manager, and Air Force customer to support existing and new projects. Additionally, this position will provide support for the escort of subcontractors, in-processing test customers, and providing other support as required. This position will gain valuable experience in all site operations by working with diverse team members across all disciplines and develop many critical skills necessary for growth and development in the defense space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage data entry into multiple information and analysis management systems
Support interface with Government stakeholders to manage site facilities
Provide material reports and any status change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others
Support the development and update of task specific plans, deliverables and schedules
Provide support to meetings, assist with schedule and cost baseline control and forecast updates, tracking Subcontractor and Material Purchase Orders, participate in status reporting and milestone reviews
Support operations team with inventory and supply management, escorting of subcontractors, facilities, government property management and other duties as assigned
Other tasks of a clerical/logistical/administrative nature as required by the site leadership
Assist with material procurement lifecycle; serves as backup site material representative
Assist with facilities management support; serves as backup to the site facility manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Understanding of data entry, taking invoices and parts list to put them in a data base.
strong presentation skills, effective communication at all levels

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
background in facility / maintenance management
background in material suppliers, operations logistics

EDUCATION:
typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year's related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
