Job Description:
A company is looking for a QC/QA Admin II.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality monitoring observations on calls and written
correspondence to ensure compliance with established standards
Provide feedback on call monitoring results and assist in
monitoring team performance
Participate in calibration sessions, identify trends, and compile
statistical reports on quality metrics
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in call center monitoring, quality
assurance, or customer service
Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement
concepts
Ability to meet deadlines and perform with skill and accuracy
Experience with call center monitoring and quality assurance
processes
