The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing new construction projects in the multifamily industry. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire construction project from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
• Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the multifamily industry.
  • Experience managing podium construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
