Client Service Representative
Freeus, LLC - Ogden, Utah
Freeus is an award winning wholesale provider of mobile personal
emergency response systems (mPERS). We develop two-way voice mPERS
that work both inside the home and away from home, offering peace
of mind to seniors and their caregivers. As one of the fastest
growing companies in the US and a leading mobile mPERS
manufacturer, Freeus is looking to add a Quality Assurance Analyst
to our platform team.
Under direction of the Dealer Care Manager, you will be responsible
for being the liaison between Freeus and our dealers. You will
ensure that Freeus processes and procedures match up and support
the dealer's processes and procedures. You will also ensure dealers
are using the most current knowledge for device activation, testing
and account management through Orion; Increase efficiencies within
the dealer accounts and grow total activations.
What You'll Do:
Working on a day-to-day basis with dealers to meet their daily
needs while delivering exceptional customer service via all
means
Create presentations to show and educate dealers how to use new
technology and procedures they may not be using to increase
operational efficiency
Implement new procedures and technology for dealers
Work with various departments to isolate and correct any issues or
requests in a timely manner
Assist with procedure and protocol changes. Set up reports for
dealer use
Ensure that the dealer has a full understanding of the services
available to them
Troubleshoot issues with carrier, data packets, platform, etc.
Maintain a consistent and predictable schedule and work 30+
hrs/week.
Skills Needed:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience, preferred pursuing
Associates or Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products
Team player with can-do attitude
Results-oriented, creative-problem solver; Able to meet
deadlines
Attention to detail, focus, follow-up and follow-through;
methodical time management
